GROUPIIMUSIC INC. COMMUNITY CONTENT GUIDELINES

 GroupiiMusic Inc., (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Groupii”, “we”, “our”, and “us”) is dedicated to fostering a secure and brand-friendly environment for artists, fans, users and members of our Platform (as defined under section 2.1 of Groupii’s Terms of service) to interact together and share photos, videos, audio posts, livestreaming material, data, information and other content (collectively referred to as “Content”). To maintain this community spirit, please adhere to our Terms of Service located at www.groupii.ai/terms and this Community Content Guidelines (“Guidelines”).

All capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as provided under Groupii’s Terms of Service, located at www.groupii.ai/privacy.

To help everyone enjoy our community, Groupii asks that when you post Content, you keep in mind the following: 

GUIDELINES WHEN POSTING AND SHARING CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE AND PLATFORM

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Groupii does not endorse or support illegal activities, terrorism, hate groups, or organized crime. We also do not endorse or support transactions involving firearms, alcohol, tobacco, sexual services, or non-medical drugs between individuals are strictly prohibited. We do not allow Content that promotes or coordinates the use of non-medical drugs, the sale of live animals, the trade of endangered species and their parts, and the promotion of online gambling or lotteries. Groupii has a zero tolerance policy against sharing explicit Content involving minors in any way or form.

Avoid Harmful/Sensitive Content. Do not share Content that promotes illegal activities, endorses the use of endangered species, or spreads misleading information using deep-fake or AI technologies. Ensure you respect the privacy of all users by not sharing personal or proprietary information.

Share Authentic and Relevant Content Only. Share Content that you have the right to share and avoid posting copied or unauthorized Content found on the Internet. Never share any Content in a post without obtaining the expressed permission from the original posted on the Platform. Our community is a public place. Don’t post personal information that you would not be comfortable sharing with a stranger. We recommend that you don’t post any information that may identify you or anyone else, such as your address, email address or phone number.

Ensure Content is Suitable for All Users of the Platform and Services. While we appreciate artistic expressions, the posting of nude Content is not allowed on the Groupii. Platform. This includes explicit photos, videos, and certain digital Content. However, nudity in the context of art, like paintings and sculptures, is acceptable. Groupii recommends that you always prioritize safety when sharing images, especially of children.

Promote Genuine Interactions. Keep Groupii free from spam. Avoid repetitive Content, artificial engagement, or unauthorized commercial outreach. Ensure your interactions and User Accounts are genuine and not created to deceive or violate our Guidelines.
 

Respect All Users of the Website, Platform and Services. Groupii’s users are diverse. Respect that other people in the community have had different life experiences and may have a different perspective to yours. We welcome different viewpoints. As such, we recommend that you avoid Content that promotes hate, threats, or personal attacks. While public figures might be subjects of discussions, always maintain respect and avoid hate speech. If you're sharing Content to raise awareness or challenge certain views, clarify your intent respectfully. Personal attacks, name-calling, spamming, coordinated group attacks, trolling and abuse will not be tolerated.

Avoid Promoting Self-Harm. While Groupii understands and supports discussions around mental health, please avoid any and all Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm and injury to persons.

Avoid Graphic/Offensive Content. While Groupii promotes the sharing of current events on its Platform, please avoid posting any graphic/offensive Content that might be unsuitable for all age groups and which may be (a) defamatory, damaging, disruptive, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful, (b) deemed unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, vulgar, obscene, libellous, or invasive of another's privacy or which is hateful, and/or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; and (c) incites, encourages or threatens immediate physical harm against another including, but not limited to Content (1) promoting racism, bigotry, sexism, religious intolerance or harm against any group or individual, or (2) soliciting personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) or exploiting anyone in a sexual or violent manner. If sharing such Content is for awareness purposes, we recommend that you provide clear warning messages. Please use your judgment when sharing Content at all times, especially Content that is related to sensitive topics such as politics, religion, and other media-related news, so as to ensure respectful communications between users of Groupii’s Website, Platform and Services.
 

No Solicitation. This includes unsolicited direct messages, spamming, links to offers, posting as Groupii or our partners, and any selling which is disguised as Content for the purposes of lead generation. These types of posts will be removed to ensure we stay focused on meaningful discussions.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment. You should respectfully challenge ideas, but never directly attack a person. Any posts, comments, or direct messages (DMs) to other users or Groupii admin staff that are inappropriate, rude, or aggressive will be immediately removed by us. This includes posts that spread misinformation and are disruptive to the community/Groupii Platform users.

MONITORING CONTENT

Groupii currently has an automated system integrated on the Website and Platform that detects inappropriate Content. Once flagged, such Content is reviewed by a dedicated team member who will review the offending Content as a two (2) step verification process before any action is taken. As such, you acknowledge and understand that Groupii may (i) monitor, review or otherwise control any activity, Content or material on the Website and Platform to verify your compliance with these Guidelines and may take any action we deem appropriate; (ii) prevent or restrict your access to the Website and Platform; and/or (iii) report any activity, Groupii suspects to be in violation of any applicable law, statute or regulation, to the appropriate authorities, and to co-operate with such authorities.

You acknowledge and agree that Groupii will not, and has no obligation to, monitor or you’re your Content, and you shall be solely responsible for the Content that you post, publish, and share via the Platform, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, format, integrity, accuracy, and its compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Groupii reserves the right to remove any Content which Groupii becomes aware may violate the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service, this guideline, any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or infringe, misappropriate or violate any third-party’s intellectual property right, privacy right or other rights.

We reserve the right to delete comments and Content at our discretion and block any repeat offenders. We will remove Content that is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading.

In the event that you become aware of or suspect that certain Content, which is posted on the Website and Platform, is in violation of these Guidelines, please report such Content immediately to us at hello@groupii.ai and our dedicated team will review and take the necessary action(s).

Should certain Content not be to your liking, but does not violate these Guidelines, we recommend that you unfollow or block the owner of such Content.
